





General Report
In this report, I used Lexalytics Semantria to run the data and analyzed the context of each group. The result would come from by phrases sentiment analysis, theme sentiment analysis, and Wiki-Auto-Category sentiment analysis.
1. The general satisfaction of employees:
positive (+)
From the Phrases analysis results of 5 groups, we can see the company’s general satisfaction of employees is positive. Which means, people working in this company generally agreed and satisfied about the current operation and performance. When they answered each question, described every case or situation, they used positive emotional words more than negative and neutral emotional words.
In addition, there is a “good” but colored in red in Phrases sentiment analysis picture in group B (Build). It is because in original sentence, he was saying “not too good”. Hence, the word “good” shows negative.
2. Plan & Design Imperative
From the theme analysis results of 5 groups, we can define the imperative issues by finding the controversial theme topic and sorting the negative values by seriousness.

Medical Codes
People required to build and clear medical codes of business strategy (group: Build), and also wanted effective implement in business operation (group: Govern).

Data Architecture
All the groups of people still felt unsatisfied about data, and argued most about data fields.
Such as: problem of data collection, messy data quality, lack of data integration, missing of data transportation and understanding.
I would advise the company enhance the data management. They could think about hire professional people to enhance the data architecture as a general.
